Full Scale Drawings

Curridge Primary School, West Berkshire

In this piece of work, pupils lay down on the floor on huge bits of paper (or several stuck together). The pupils positioned themselves into different movement poses and their partners drew around them using wax crayon. This was continued, with each drawing over lapping the last. Finally the drawings were coloured in using crayon, taking care to colour each character in a different colour. (Where the characters overlap - pupils must choose to colour the predominant figure and colour that figure in one colour only - the 'gaps' left will be a different colour)
